Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We keep scheduling simple and respectful of everyone’s time. Here’s how cancellations and reschedules work for CoreConnect Home Tech.
Scheduling
Appointments are scheduled after you approve an estimate and we confirm a date/time by phone, text, or email.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice when possible. We’ll do our best to find the next available time that works for you.
Cancellations
You can cancel at any time. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, we may not be able to accommodate same-week rescheduling.
Arrival Window
We’ll confirm an arrival window before your appointment. If anything changes, we’ll notify you as soon as possible.
Access & Readiness
Please ensure we can access the work area and that any required info is available (Wi-Fi password, app login, device info, etc.) to avoid delays.
No-Show / Unable to Access
If we arrive and can’t reach you or access the property/work area, the visit may be treated as a missed appointment.
